Anna Sukhodolska

Head of Social and Behavioural Change at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF)

For over 15 years, Anna has been leading programmes aimed at creating positive change for children in Ukraine. Anna’s work covers a wide range of topics, including health, education, child protection and family support, and safety. She has successfully managed crisis communications programmes during multiple crises, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
One of Anna’s key achievements is the launch of UNICEF’s first social marketing campaigns in Ukraine, as well as the development of partnerships with the creative industry. Her behavioural change campaigns have won international and national awards, including Effie Ukraine, Effie Europe, Epica Award and a Cannes Lions shortlist. Over the past ten years, the UNICEF team has topped the VRK’s best marketing teams ranking and remains at the top.
Anna is a member of the global team developing UNICEF’s social and behavioural change guide and has experience in creating behavioural programmes for UNICEF in Bhutan.
She is also a guest lecturer at Ukrainian universities and a speaker at international forums, including the Global Summit on Behavioural and Social Change Communication (Indonesia).
