Head of the Subcommittee on Adaptation of Ukrainian Legislation to the Provisions of European Union Law of the Committee of the Parliamentary of Ukraine on Anti-Corruption Policy.
Futurist. Experienced member of the Ukrainian Parliament, serving as a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy since 2019. Holds positions in Ukrainian permanent delegations to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and the Inter-Parliamentary Union. Actively participates in three Temporary Investigative Commissions on Economic, National Security, and Protection of the Rights of Public Figures.
Co-Chair of the inter-factional parliamentary associations “Strategic Foresight of Ukraine”, “Equal Opportunities”, and Chair of “Blockchain for Ukraine”.
Initiator of an international study on post-war scenarios for the future of Ukraine in collaboration with the UK Parliament.
Extensive experience includes leadership roles in state-owned enterprises in the development of industrial and technological parks, political campaigns, and civil society organizations.
Holds two master’s degrees in Computer Science and Public Administration.
Author of numerous analytical materials for Ukrainian ranking publications.
Former coordinator of the business club “KOLO”, analyst at several brain centers in Ukraine, content coordinator for the Kyiv International Economic Forum.
