Rachel Coyle MBE

Global Managing Director, Behavioural Insights Team (BIT)

Rachel is the Global Managing Director at BIT, where she leads international efforts on evidence-based policy, institution building, leadership, security, and anti-corruption. She has a particular focus on social innovation and supports partners in developing innovation strategies. Rachel is also a trustee at the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, dedicated to ecosystem restoration and wildlife conservation. With a background in due diligence and risk consultancy, Rachel previously worked in national security policy, cyber security, and intelligence analysis at the UK Ministry of Defence. She holds an MA in Chinese Studies and an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and was awarded an MBE in 2013 for her services to Defence.
